KTM is nice, but i'm thinking of something more oldschool (and low budget) like DR800, XR650, dominator etc..

(but offcourse if you want to donate an engine, i am very open minded you know! :scratch )

my NL house is sold. in january we will move to sausvatn!!!
not sure if i will manage to finish the bike here in NL, don't feel so much for taking it to Norway... we'll see..

I think you should sell that one. The way it stands now, I doubt they will let it pass road inspection

I know, if i would take it to Norway it would go in parts, build it up in Norway and take it back to Holland for selling afterwards.. hope to get it done before going to Norway and sell it here in NL.

I'd like to start on a snowscooter custom project in Norway!

It sounds terrific to foreigners, to believe that we can ride snowscooters just because we have snow. Not quite right. Depending on where you live of course, but in general it is quite difficult to ride snowscooters legally. Even for us in the Red Cross, who need to use these on occations, we have trouble to get permissions to train on driving here in "the lowlands".

OK! good point, that was my next question, how is it with permissions etc... I couldn't really find anything on that subject in english on the web.... we will be moving to Sausvatn, Bronnoy..
